This policy covers medicine delivery and home sample collection for lab tests.
We deliver medicines and offer home sample collection in serviceable PIN codes. Serviceability and estimated timelines are shown at checkout based on your address.
Delivery is free on medicine orders at or above ₹500. Below that, a flat delivery fee (shown at checkout) applies. Home sample collection for lab tests is free.
Standard delivery is typically 1–4 business days depending on your location and product availability. You will receive tracking updates as your order moves from confirmed to out-for-delivery to delivered.
For lab tests, a trained phlebotomist visits your address during the time slot you select. Please follow any fasting or preparation instructions shown for your test. If no one is available at the slot, we will contact you to reschedule.
If a delivery attempt fails, we will retry and contact you. Orders that remain undeliverable are returned and refunded per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
