Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to shop and book with confidence. This policy explains when you can cancel, return, or get a refund.

1. Cancelling a medicine order

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, from your Orders page or by contacting support. Once an order is packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return (see below).

2. Returns for medicines

For safety and regulatory reasons, dispensed medicines are non-returnable, except where an item is damaged, expired, or incorrect. Report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos; approved cases are refunded or replaced, and the item is disposed of per pharmacy rules.

3. Cancelling a lab booking

Lab bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 2 hours before the collection slot. After sample collection, the booking cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Prepaid refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to your bank/gateway. Cash-on-delivery refunds are made to a bank account or wallet you provide.

5. Failed & duplicate payments

If money is debited without an order being confirmed, or you are charged twice, the excess is auto-refunded once reconciled with the payment gateway. Contact support if it is not resolved within 7 days.

6. How to request

Raise a request from your Orders/Bookings page or email support@tremed.in with your order/booking number. Unresolved matters can be escalated to our Grievance Officer at grievance@tremed.in.
