Is home sample collection really free?
Yes. A trained, certified phlebotomist collects your sample from your home at no extra charge across all serviceable pincodes.
How long should I fast before this test?
Fasting is required. We recommend 8–12 hours of overnight fasting (plain water is fine) before your sample is collected — an early-morning slot is most convenient.
When will I get my report?
Reports are shared digitally on the app and over WhatsApp and email, typically Same day. A free doctor call is available to walk you through the results.
Which lab processes my sample?
Your sample is processed at our NABL-certified partner lab, following strict quality-control and calibration standards.
Can I book for my parents or family?
Yes. Add a patient profile during booking — you can book for parents, children or anyone in your family, each with their own report.
What if I need to cancel?
